The video feed being sent to the peer user is poor quality, choppy or hard to hear.

• The website peer users can adjust the picture quality using the on-screen buttons. In addition, the peer user can also try turning off their camera. This will improve network bandwidth if there are limitations.
• Please check your network configuration to ensure there are no bandwidth limits.
• Check the expected network bandwidth in the area e.g. you may be in a WiFi blackspot.
