We recommend that you do two tests:

  1. Call someone on the same network (Local)
  2. Call someone on a different network (Remote)

Same Network (Local)

  1. For this test, ask a colleague to help out or use a second device (phone or laptop). Both will need to be connected to the same network.
  2. Join an Elixar Call session on both devices (You can either use the link provided by your Bondi Labs representative or make your own if you have access to an Elixar account).
  3. Once both users are in, check that the camera feed, audio and microphone are working.

Different Network (Remote)

  1. For this test, you will need to organise an Elixar session with your Bondi Labs representative.
  2. Join the Elixar Call provided by your Bondi Labs representative.
  3. Once both users are in, your Bondi Labs representative will guide you through the rest of the test.

Troubleshooting:

If you encounter any issues, we recommend checking to see if these domains and ports are not being blocked by your firewall.

Following this, please get in contact with us by using elixarsupport@bondilabs.com, so that we can further help you troubleshoot.
