Note: The instructions below only apply if your device is managed by Bondi Labs. For self-managed devices, please contact your Elixar administrator.
Go to the Home screen of your Elixar Device
Say: "Navigate Home"
From there go to the My Controls screen.
Say: "My Controls"
This will bring you to the My Controls screen of your Real Wear device.
Say "Power Options"
This will bring you to the Power Options screen.
Say: "Reboot"
Wait for the device to reboot. Once rebooted, the application will download and install the update. This may take 5-20 minutes depending on your connection speed.
Note: If the application is opened while the update is still in process, it will automatically restart itself once the update finishes.
