The first thing we recommend you do when using Elixar is to identify any IT roadblocks. We strongly encourage all new customers to complete the following IT check before attempting to use Elixar.

Go through each item (1-6) on the checklist one at a time.

IT Checks

  1. Device Compatibility
  2. Required Firewall Rules (Domains & Ports)
  3. Web Browser Video Test
  4. Call Quality Check
  5. Wi-Fi Speed Test
  6. Elixar Test Call (local and remote)

 

Troubleshooting: 

If you encounter any issues, we recommend checking to see if these domains and ports are not being blocked by your firewall. In addition, we recommend running this Elixar web device test. This will help confirm your web browser can run an Elixar video call session.
